Dosage information

0 TO 18 YEARS OLD
Initial dose: 0.2 mg/kg body weight, 3-4 times daily.
Dosage may be increased up to maximum of 0.8 mg/kg body weight/day and should not exceed 20 mg/day.
Dosage for children should not exceed than 5 mg for each administration.

The drug should be taken 15 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Every 2 weeks of use, evaluation should be taken by the physician.

18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
Initial dose: 5 mg, 3-4 times daily.
Dosage may be increased up to maximum of 40 mg/day, in 3-4 times daily.

The drug should be taken 15 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Every 2 weeks of use, evaluation should be taken by the physician.

FOR HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT
The dose should be reduced to ½ times the recommended daily dose.

FOR RENAL IMPAIRMENT
The dose should be reduced to ½ times the recommended daily dose.

Indication

Adults:
Treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders, especially gastroparesis.
Reflux esophagitis.

Children:
Severe gastroesophageal reflux when other treatment has failed.
