In general, 3 times a day 4-8 film-coated caplets with meals.
Caplets are given when the glomerular filtration rate is between 5-50 ml/minute.

Indication

For the treatment of chronic renal dysfunction in conjunction with a high calorie-low protein diet, in compensated or decompensated retention.
