Dosage information

18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
1 tablet (1 mg) to be taken orally once a day.
Patients with advanced breast cancer, anastrozole should be continued until tumor progression is evident.

0 TO 18 YEARS OLD
Not recommended

PATIENTS WITH RENAL IMPAIRMENT
No dose change is recommended in patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.

PATIENTS WITH HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT
No dose change is recommended in patients with mild hepatic disease.

Indication

Anastrozole is indicated for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor positive and/or progesterone receptor positive.
