Dosage information

18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting:
Prevention: 1 mg twice daily or 2 mg once daily, up to one week following chemotherapy. The first dose is given up to 1 hour before chemotherapy,

Maximum dose: 9 mg over 24 hours.

IMPAIRED HEPATIC FUNCTION
No dosage adjustment required.

IMPAIRED RENAL FUNCTION
No dosage adjustment required.

ELDERLY PATIENTS
No dosage adjustment required.

Indication

Prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy.
