The safety and efficacy Ketesse in children have not been established and the product should not be used in children.

Ketesse® is not for long period usage, and the therapy should be limited for acute symptomatic period

The recommended dose is 50 mg every 8-12 hours. Repeated every 6 hours if necessary. Total daily dose should not exceed150 mg.

Ketesse® can be used with opioid analgesic to overcome the pain, especially in the initial period after surgery when the pain is more painful.
