Dosage information

18 TO 65 YEARS OLD
Dose 40 mg, once daily.

The dose used in the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome should be adjusted according to individual response

0 TO 18 YEARS OLD
There is no experience with omeprazole injection in children.

65 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
No dosage adjustment of Lyovepraz injection is necessary in elderly patients.

HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT
No dosage adjustment of Lyovepraz injection is necessary in impaired hepatic function patients.

RENAL IMPAIRMENT
No dosage adjustment of Lyovepraz injection is necessary in impaired renal function patients.

Indication

Alternative therapy for the following conditions which cannot be treated effectively with oral medication: duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
