Each package contains
|ATC Level 1:||J - Antiinfectives for systemic use|
|ATC Level 2:||J02 - Antimycotics for Systemic Use|
|ATC Level 3:||J02A - Antimycotics for Systemic Use|
18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
Superficial fungal infections:
– 100 mg, once daily during meal time.
Duration of therapy depends on the type of infection:
Tinea corporis/cruris and oral candidiasis: 15 days.
Tinea pedis/manus: 30 days.
– 200 mg, once daily.
Pityriasis versicolor: 7 days.
Vulvovaginal candidiasis: 3 days.
Fungal keratitis: 3 weeks.
- 2 capsules (200 mg) once daily for 3 months
- Or pulse therapy:
A pulse treatment consists of two capsules twice daily (200 mg b.i.d.) for one week.
The length of treatment considered based on the type of infection.
Although in studies, liver function disorder has not been reported, it should not be given to patients with hepatic disorders or hepatotoxic patients with other drugs
For short-term therapy: vulvovaginal candidiasis, pityriasis versicolor, dermatomycosis, fungal keratitis, and oral candidiasis.
For long-term therapy: onychomycosis and systemic mycosis like: aspergillosis, candidiasis, cryptococcosis (including cryptococcal meningitis), histoplasmosis, sporotrichosis, paracoccidioidomycosis, systemic blastomycosis.
